If you have a Lyme infection, here is the protocol that worked for me TWICE.
I was bitten by a tick in 2019 and 2024 (and was extremely sick both times), but made a full recovery with the grace of God, a good Lyme doctor and a great protocol.
The specific type of Lyme I had (both times) was Borrelia miyamotoi (TBRF Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever) with at least two co-infections: babesia and bartonella.

This protocol takes at least a full year, and involved ANTIBIOTICS, HERBALS and SUPPLEMENTS.
The ANTIBIOTICS will be covered by your insurance, the HERBALS and SUPPLEMENTS will cost you around $3,000US out of pocket. The ANTIBIOTICS will require a prescribing doctor, the HERBALS and SUPPLEMENTS do not, and can be purchased here: FiveJourneys.com (It's important to get HIGH QUALITY HERBALS and SUPPLEMENTS so they do what they're supposed to do.) Take according to what's on each label (with or away from food, dissolve in water, etc.), but below is how to use it for Lyme. All tablets/capsules/pills should always be taken with WATER (no other liquid) when you're swallowing them.
ANTIBIOTICS:
--Doxycycline Hyclate 200mg 2x per day. (NOT Doxycycline Monohydrate). Have a meal first before Doxy. Don't take with fiber, iron supplements, iron-rich foods, calcium supplements, calcium-ENRICHED foods (40g is a A LOT of enriched calcium). Doxy will bind to them and Doxy will become ineffective or less effective. Suggestion: Take Doxy with meals of meat/poultry/fish/eggs and jasmine rice, rice cakes, HALO ramen, certain pastas with low fiber/calcium. (READ LABELS.)
--Bactrim (SMZ-TMP DS 800-160) 2x per day
--Hydroxychloroquine (an anti-malarial)--do not eat/drink grapefruit or any citrus for 6 months with this, 200mg 2x per day
--Bicillin LA inj 1.2mmu/2ml 10x2 (1,200,000) (40 shots in the buttocks, alternating sides, 2x a week)
You will take these antibiotics for 6 months.
HERBALS:
--Biocidin LSF (liquid pump, also available in capsules) 2 or 3 pumps, 2x or 3x per day
--Tincture: Black Walnut / Clove / Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) / Sweet Annie (Artemisia annua) (get this from PipingRock.com), 1-3 dropperfuls, 1-3x per day
--A-L Complex (my body couldn't tolerate) or A-Bab, 15 drops in water 1-2x per day
--Artemisinin (Artemisia annua) 1 capsule before bed
--Stevia 15-30 drops in water, 1-3x per day (get it from FiveJourneys.com, not what's sold in grocery stores
You will overlap some of these herbals with ANTIBIOTICS, and then continue all of them for at least 6 months after you stop the ANTIBIOTICS.
SUPPLEMENTS:
--Adrenalign 2 capsules in morning
--DHEA 5mg 1 tablet at breakfast, 1 at supper
--NAC 500mg 1 at lunch
--Lipoic Acid 300mg 1 at lunch
--Liposomal Vitamin-C (liquid--keep in fridge) 4 pumps at supper
--Ultravitamin (liposomal liquid multivitamin--don't keep in fridge) 1 tsp at supper
--Ultrabiotic (probiotics, etc., to offset antibiotics) 1x per day several hours away from antibiotics
--S. Boulardii (feeds good gut bacteria) 1x per day several hours away from antibiotics
JUICE CELERY EVERY MORNING & DRINK FIRST THING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!
Get a juicer if you don't have one. You only want the juice, not the fiber. Do not add anything to the celery juice. Drink immediately. Chug it if you can: the faster the better. Do not save in fridge--it will be useless. One large "head" of celery will make the 16oz. of juice you need. You will eventually develop explosive diarrhea from this. That is what you want. Yes. Every morning. After 2 continuous months, you could start to take a 1 week break here and there. What does celery juice do? It finds, kills and flushes out: bacteria, viruses, fungus and parasites. When you take it first thing in the morning, it won't flush out any of your meds. Go ahead and eat breakfast and take meds immediately after your juice--no need to wait.
OPTIONAL: LYME DIET
Feed yourself without feeding the bugs! Avoid all inflammatory foods.
For at least the first 6 months of this protocol (in descending importance):
--NO SUGAR (the bugs' favorite food!)--except fruit, but go easy on most fruits
--NO CAFFEINE
--NO DAIRY
--NO WHITE POTATOES / TOMATOES or their products
--GO EASY ON THE CARBS, GLUTEN
--YES: LOTS OF LEAN PROTEIN (any kind of meat, poultry, fish, eggs)
--YES: LOTS OF DARK LEAFY GREENS & VEGGIES
--YES: LOTS OF DARK BERRIES (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, elderberries)
--YES: LOTS OF NUTS AND SEEDS (especially shelled pumpkin, sunflower, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, flaxseed, almonds)--make sure they do not have ANY oils added (sunflower, vegetable, cottonseed, peanut, safflower, etc.). Each nut has their own oil and are very healthy raw or roasted (unsalted or salted). Nuts should never be fried/cooked/prepared with other oils--this makes them very unhealthy.
